Product Details

The high-performance, low-power 32-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller combines 256KB flash memory, 32KB SRAM, full-speed (12MBps) USB Mini-host + device, and I2S. The MCU achieves 83 Dhrystone MIPS (DMIPS) at 60MHz and consumes only 23mA at 3.3 volts.
