RS PRO Straight Panel Mount Female Magnetic Connector, 2 Pole
This straight panel-mount female magnetic connector from the RS PRO range allows you to safely power equipment that gets connected and disconnected frequently. Its magnetic interface means it will uncouple cleanly from a compatible female connector if the cable is pulled or dragged, without causing damage to your equipment.
The connector sits in a durable thermoplastic housing that protects against changes in temperature. It has a two-way solder connection and a gold-plated copper alloy charging ring that ensures effective conductivity while protecting against corrosion. A temperature-resistant silicone finish prevents the gasket from shrinking or cracking. This connector is an effective choice for charging equipment including medical and instrumentation devices and has been stringently tested.
The connector supports a maximum current of 5A at 30V and its IP67 rating means it's resistant to dirt, dust and water (up to one metre).
