Sensirion Flowmeter

The Sensirion SFM4100 series low-pressure drop flowmeter measures a gas flow rate of 0slm to 20slm. This low-pressure drop, the digital tool is based on Sensirion’s patented CMOSens sensor technology that combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration circuitry on a single microchip. The Sensirion SFM4100 series is designed to measure the flow rate of air and non-aggressive gases. It is intended for high volume OEM applications. The device has an excellent accuracy over a large dynamic range and the flow signal is internally linearized and temperature compensated. It has an operating supply of 5VDC to 9VDC.
