The Silicon Laboratories Si5XX-PROG-EVB circuit board evaluates any frequency I2C programmable crystal oscillators/Voltage control crystal oscillators; Si514; Si570; Si571; Si598 and Si599.

Kit contains the hardware and software and EVB driver (USBXpress®)
Supported frequency: 100 kHz to 1417MHz
Adjusting VDD Voltage regulator 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3 V
I2C communication
Voltage control (VC) input port (Si571/Si599)
