Microchip Technology Boost Converter

The Microchip Technology Boost converter is a 250mA, adjustable converter with 575kHz maximum switching frequency and 6 pin device. It is a compact, high efficient with a fixed frequency, synchronous step-up DC-DC converter.

• Low start up voltage is 0.82V
