Terms and Conditions :
- This program applies to selected customers and existing company contacts only. Private customers are excluded.
- Information updated should be accurate. Otherwise, RS might not be able to make contact nor deliver the prize to the customer’s address. Corporate customers are required to provide complete and accurate company information and contact details. Information to be updated (if necessary) shall include but not limited to name, job title, address, email, contact number etc.
- In case of duplicated updates, the latest record shall be taken into account.
- The program period shall last from 8 May to 7 July, 2017. Any updates of existing contacts will be eligible for the lucky draw. A total of 2 units of iPad will be available for the lucky draw covering markets of Singapore. Contacts with addresses out of these areas will not be eligible.
- The lucky draw will take place on 12 June, 2017 at 10:00am (1st draw) and 12 July, 2017 at 10:00a.m (2nd draw) at the RS Components Hong Kong Office by the Head of Marketing.
- Results will be announced on the RS websites on 14 June, 2017 (1st draw) and 14 July, 2017 (2nd draw). All winners will be individually notified by email, and prizes will be delivered to the registered address. If the customer cannot be found with the given delivery address and if no contact can me made his/her prize will be retained for one month. If no contact can be made with the customer his/her prize will be deemed forfeited.
- In case of any disputes, RS components Limited reserves the right of final decision. RS reserves the right to change an alternative gift should the original gift become obsolete or is out of stock.
- All RS Employees, immediate family members of the employee and employees of any company associated with the program shall be excluded from the program.
