    What are the operating hours for the New Collection Centre?

    Our Collection Centre now operates from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

    What do I need to bring along to collect my goods at the Collection Centre?

    You will need to register at the guardhouse and produce the RS order details e.g. SO number to our security officer before entering the Collection Centre.

    How long do I need to wait for my order to be ready for collection?

    You may proceed to collect your order 3 hours after receiving our RS Order Acknowledgement (for ex-stock and payment made by credit card and credit terms only).

    For any other payment mode such as cheque or Internet Banking Transfer, once the payment is confirm, delivery arrangement will be made.

    Can I add more items to my order upon collection?

    If you like to add more items to your order, do visit our website at to place a new order or call our Customer Service Hotline at +65 6865 3433 (press Option 1) from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6:00pm.

    Can I make payment for my orders at the Collection Centre?

    We will no longer handle any mode of payment at the Collection Centre. All payment must be completed at the order placing stage. Please note that payment by CASH will no longer be accepted.

    Am I able to get Technical Support at the Collection Centre?

    All Technical Support will be provided via our Technical Support Hotline at
    +65 6865 3455 from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6pm.

    How do I request for product viewing before purchasing it?

    You may request for a Product on Loan service through your Sales personnel by calling +65 6865 3400 (press Option 1).

    Please note that loaned products are for viewing purposes and no testing is allowed. Loaned products have to be returned to RS in a resalable condition within 15 calendar days or it will be considered as sold.

    This service is only available on a case-by-case basis; please check with our sales team on eligibility

    Does the new Collection Centre provides Product Demonstration of the product I have purchased?

    We no longer provide Product Demonstration at the new Collection Centre. For product or technical enquiries, please contact our Technical Support Helpline for assistance at +65 6865 3455.

    I have an item that requires your Technical Support Consultants to check if RS has its equivalent. How can I get help?

    You can call our Technical Support Hotline at +65 6835 3455 for advice. Alternatively, you can email our Technical Support Engineers a picture of your product at

    I am an overseas customer and happen to be in Singapore. Where can I go to now if I have a list of items to purchase and I need technical assistance to cross reference my items into RS stock numbers?

    Please visit our website at to search for your products. Alternatively, you can email your list of items to our Technical Support Consultants at for cross referencing.

    Once cross referencing is completed, you can place your order online via our website and collect your goods 3 hours after receiving an order acknowledgement from RS.

    Can I get a GST Refund form at your Collection Centre?

    Yes, the form is available for all travelling and export customers only.

    I understand that I can no longer return my goods to the Collection Centre after 1st April 2012. How can I arrange to return my goods to RS?

    You can call our Customer Service Hotline to make an arrangement for goods collection. Please note that there will be a collection fee of S$15.00 for each trip made and is subjected to RS Terms & Conditions.

    I used to request for a copy of your catalogue from RS Trade Counter, can I still do so from your Collection Centre?

    Yes, you may collect a copy of our RS Catalogue from our Collection Centre. Alternatively, do log on to to request a copy if you are located in Singapore or call us at +65 6865 3400 (press Option 1).
