RS launches 1,200 SANYO semiconductor products
Discrete semiconductors, motor driver products, amorphous silicon solar cells and others added into its product lines
Singapore, 11 March 2010 :
RS Components, the leading distributor of electronic, electro-mechanical and industrial products, today announced the launch of 1,200 types of products manufactured by SANYO Semiconductor Co. Ltd. through its online catalog RS Online (http://www.rs-components.com)
The products include high-performance discrete Power& RF devices best suited for digital AV equipments and cell phones designing, small-sized highly-effective high-performance motor drivers, and amorphous silicon solar cells. Discrete components include not only the MOSFET series featuring the industry’s highest-level RDS(on) characteristic, small, thin-from and high power package designed for power management and battery management, low-voltage driving flash IGBTs, but also various low saturated voltage and RF bipolar transistors.
Among all, MOSFET- "ATPAK" series achieved the industry’s largest current rating of 100A and very low RDS(on) of 4.3mΩ with very small and thin design. It helps realize large current and low power consumption in various applications such as flat TVs and lighting equipments, as well as PC, power tools & etc.
